Guest Registration
Welcome to the Oakwood Club, where your first day visit is FREE! We’re looking forward to meeting you!
Step One: Complete the online Guest Registration Form.
Step Two: We’ll send you an email with information and a link to complete a background check.
Step Three: Once that comes back clear, we’ll contact you to confirm your visit.
- Please submit the Guest Registration Form at least one week before the day you want to arrive. We need time to process your paperwork and background check, and we’re all volunteers.
- Also for that reason, we typically only schedule first-time visits on weekends, when a member of our guest team is on the grounds, which is also when all the events and activities happen. Weekday visits are possible but may require more advance notice.
- The more advance notice you can give, the better! We have a daily guest limit and only two RVs available to rent. If we are at capacity that day/weekend, you might not be able to visit.
- Each member of your party must complete their own registration form and background check.
- We must have a completed registration form and background check for all members of your party prior to confirming your visit.
- The registration form is filled out once per season (not each visit). The background check is good for two years.
- For return visits, you must still contact us at least two days before the day you want to arrive to get confirmation that you can come. Again, the more advance notice you can give, the better! If we are at visitor capacity that day/weekend, you may not be able to visit.
- The Code of Conduct is detailed below and on the registration form. Please read and abide by it!
When you arrive, you will be greeted by someone on our Membership team. Here’s what to expect:
- You will be asked to show a photo ID and if applicable, your affiliated organization membership card (AANR/TNSF/INF).
- If payment is required and hasn’t been done in advance, you can take care of that by cash, check, credit/debit card or Venmo.
- You will be issued a wristband that you must wear everywhere on the grounds – even in the pool – during your entire visit.
- If staying overnight, we’ll get you settled in your accommodations.
- You can undress to your level of comfort and we’ll take you on a tour so you’re familiar with the grounds and amenities, meet the members and get all your questions answered.
We believe most anyone who tries naturism will fall in love with the relaxed, accepting and healthy environment found in our community and want to return! Since we are a member-only club, all returning visitors must be a member of the club or an affiliated organization, or a personal guest of a full member. At the end of your first visit, you’ll have the opportunity to choose which limited membership is right for you. Limited memberships give you a chance to see if we’re what you’re looking for and for us to get to know you and decide if you’ll be a good fit for our community. See our Rates page for details.
