Oakwood is open to Prospective Member visits. We have
activities every weekend. Saturday evenings start with an inexpensive 6pm dinner
for members, guests and visitors. This is a great time to meet and greet and
socialize. At 8pm there are many activities going on

Oakwood has the lowest rates of any local landed club. 25% less fees & more

have many lot sizes available. Lots range from full sun to partial sun to a
complete canopy of oak trees. Thus the name Oakwood Club. The Rental Trailer is

Oakwood offers a variety of activities. Sand Volleyball on the weekends.
Horseshoes, shuffleboard, petanque, Texas Holdem Tournaments every Saturday
night, swimming, archery range, club dinners, theme dances and much more. Nearby
hiking and biking trails are available. Our huge 20' x 40' pool with a deep end
is heated to 84 degrees the entire season. We have two saunas, wood and
electric. 2 bathhouses with indoor & outdoor showers. NEW Petanque Courts and
Pavilion are FINISHED. Woody's Pavilion is fully furnished with a sink, icemaker
& fridge to keep your beverages cool through those hot Petanque games you will
be playing at Oakwood. Petanque bores you ? Our newly installed/retractable
outdoor Dart Board at Woody's will keep you entertained all afternoon. Or just
sit back and take in the action at the sand volleyball court.
Our newly renovated, fully furnished, modern kitchen in our clubhouse is open
to all members, visitors and guests 24 hours free of charge. We have a
commercial ice maker - Free ice. Enjoy a bonfire while at Oakwood. We have
stacks of Free firewood, cut & split for your use.
Our clubhouse hosts dinners every Saturday night for Members, Guests & Visitors.
We have Electronic Darts, Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Internet, card & board
games + a warm fireplace. We offer a small sitting/reading area with books and
free video checkout. Oakwood is a place to meet old friends, make new friends
and enjoy nature in a safe, private and naked environment.
Oakwood is surrounded by trees and bordered on three sides by a nature
preserve. Oak, birch, and pine predominate and there are a wide variety of
songbirds, wild turkeys and deer often are seen wandering the grounds. We have
77 lots/campsites. All sites have water, electric and sewer hookup Bring your
tent, Pull Behind, RV or Coach. We can host all your needs. Make Oakwood a
relaxing camping weekend destination or just come for the day and enjoy our
spacious, beautiful grounds.
