6:00 p.m.  4th Annual Chili Cook off- Hostess Susan K.

Chili Cook-off is this Saturday at 6 p.m. in the clubhouse. (8 p.m. cards, darts etc.)
We need chili entries, side dishes, desserts, and cash. So, here's the scoop:

All you can eat chili and fixin's start at 6:00 Saturday at the clubhouse.
Chili will be judged (hopefully by our well-seasoned judges from years past)
as most original, hottest (Must be edible - too hot to eat, it's disqualified), and overall best tasting. If you want to submit a chili, have it there between 4:45 and 5:00 in a crock-pot if you can. We have the steam
table available too if you need it.

Judges will start judging and eating shortly after 5:00. If you're sharing a side or dessert, you can bring it between 5:30 and 6:00. If you don't care to bring food, just bring your appetite and $5.00 for the best chili you will ever
find anywhere!!! AND, did I mention - ALL YOU CAN EAT!

Suggestions for sides: corn bread, corn chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions/peppers, rice, crackers, ice cream, anything that you like to eat with chili....

Any cash will be divided among the winners, so this will not be a fund
raiser and prizes will depend entirely on cash donations. The main goal is
to show off your cooking skills, pig out, and have fun!

Susan K.
